When you call, or send a quote request, we collect your name, phone number, email, suburb or address, details and photos of the job, and a recording or log of the call where call tracking is used.
How we use it
We use your details to respond to your enquiry, arrange an inspection and quote, and carry out the work. To do that, we share your details with the arborist who will inspect and quote your job. We don't sell your information.
Website data
Our website may use basic analytics and call tracking to understand how people find us. This doesn't identify you personally.
Access and correction
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Contact us using the details on our contact page.
